On July 9th – a Russian delegation led by the head of the federation council Valentina Matvienko landed in Beijing – for a 3-day diplomatic visit to China to further develop an already firm strategic partnership – between the anti-imperialist world’s most powerful geopolitical forces. We were able to tag along with the Russian delegation – to bring you this report.
